Real Hair That Actually Locks
This is 100% human hair in a true 4C afro kinky coil, and that coil is the whole reason it locks. Coily strands mesh into each other and the cuticle catches on itself, so the hair mats into a solid loc the way your own textured hair does. Synthetic can copy the look, but only real hair locks and grows with you.

Bought By the Pack, For the Job in Front of You
Each pack is 50g, so you buy the amount your style actually needs instead of a fixed bundle. A loc repair takes one or two, mini twists and micro locs run three or four, a full head of dreadlock extensions wants four or five, and thick locs take five or more. No guessing, no leftover you paid for and won't use.

Four Lengths, Measured Stretched
It comes in 10, 12, 14, and 16 inches, measured pulled straight. Coily hair reads shorter than it measures once it springs back, so knowing the stretched length lets you plan a finished loc that lands where you want it instead of coming up short.

Blends Into Type 4 Without a Seam
The dense, matte, true-to-texture finish sits down into natural 4C hair with no shine gap and no line where added hair meets your own. That seamless match is what carries box braids, micro and sister locs, and twist-outs so they read as hair that grew from your scalp.

A Quiet Fix for Locs That Have Thinned
Locs break, thin at the root, or lose a tip over the years, and a pack or two of matching texture is how you rebuild them. You feed the bulk hair into the weak spot and lock it in, and the repair disappears into the rest because it is the same coil and the same natural black.

Color It First, Then Lock It
Nothing has been done to this 1B, so it takes dye evenly and lifts to a warm honey, and it will hold bleach as long as you keep it at #1B. Do your color while the hair is still loose though, because once a loc is formed the inside barely takes color and you get patchy results. Lighten or tone the pack first, then build the loc.

Loose Bulk, So It Feeds Straight Into the Work
There is no weft, no clip, and no track to cut apart. It is free hair you portion out by hand and braid, twist, or lock directly into your own, which is exactly what a protective style wants and why bulk beats snipped-down bundles for locs.

Bulk Hair Built for Locs, Twists, and Braids

This is loose human hair with no weft and no clips, sold by the 50g pack so you take exactly what your install needs. You portion it out by hand and work it straight into your own hair, and because it is a real 4C afro kinky coil it holds a twist, feeds a braid, and locks into a dreadlock without fighting you. On type 4 hair the match is invisible, which is the one thing synthetic braiding hair can never do once you get up close.

How Much Hair Your Loc Style Needs

The pack system takes the guesswork out. A loc repair or a small fill wants one to two packs. Mini twists and micro locs, where the sections are small and there are a lot of them, run three to four. A full head of dreadlock extensions sits around four to five, and large or thick locs need five or more. One honest word before you buy: once human hair locks, it is matted for good and cannot be taken down and reused like braid hair, so get enough for the whole look in one go.

Start Your Locs the Right Way

Building or extending your own locs with this hair is the whole reason it exists. If you are new to it, our human hair dreadlock extensions guide takes you through sectioning a head, locking each piece, and keeping the finished locs healthy as they mature, all in Cara's own hands. And if you would rather live with the length loosely first, the same bulk hair braids and twists out just as easily, the way we walk through in our guide to braiding with hair extensions.
