Seamless vs classic: how the weft decides the blend
A seamless clip-in has hair bonded into a thin silicone strip rather than sewn to fabric, so it is considerably thinner and lies flat against the head. A classic clip-in uses a traditional sewn weft that holds more hair per piece. Fine hair benefits from seamless because the base barely shows under a thin top layer. Thick hair handles classic wefts well and gets more volume from them. You can mix both: seamless around the face where hair is thinnest and classic in the back for fullness.
Set weight, texture, and heat
Sets come in weights from about 160 to 220 grams. Lighter sets suit fine to medium hair for everyday wear, and heavier sets fill out thick hair or build volume for an event. Match the texture to how you wear your natural hair most days: straight for a sleek look, curly for defined coils, or kinky and yaki textures for natural hair worn blown out. The hair is 100% human, so you can curl, straighten, color, and wash it. A heat protectant matters every time because this hair cannot repair itself the way growing hair does.
